    In Ventura and Los Angeles counties, the Woolsey Fire has grown to around 70,000 acres acres and the Hill Fire is at 4,531 acres and 25 percent containment as of Saturday morning, according to CAL FIRE.

    California Lutheran University President Chris Kimball sent an email Friday morning to staff and students stating that the campus is closed and staffed with only emergency personnel. A campus update Nov. 10 at 4:50 p.m. said fires “are not threatening the Cal Lutheran campus” and that the university is continuing to monitor the situation as

    Air quality is currently being monitored and Facebook updates also suggested limiting outdoor activity.
