The Echo is hiring for the 2025-2026 academic year!

The Echo is hiring for all positions for the 2025-2026 academic year. Students who are interested in the editor in chief position must apply by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 28. Students interested in all other positions must apply by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 4. Students may apply for more than one position.

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students at Cal Lutheran and can have any major.
• Be prepared to upload a resume at the end of the application.

The Echo hires a new editorial staff each academic year. Applications are generally open around spring break for the next academic year. Students of all majors are welcome to apply. Positions are paid based on available university funding. Current Echo editors who are interested in continuing to work for the newspaper must reapply every year.
