Gallery: Fall Carnival kicks off homecoming weekend
Students and alumni had the opportunity to win prizes, including a special Gumby bucket hat, after winning games.

On Oct. 21, 2022, the Associated Students of California Lutheran University Government hosted the annual fall carnival on the campusโ Memorial field. Decorated with carnival food and games, students and alumni were greeted with a familial sense for this homecoming weekend.ย
ASCLU Programs Board Director Melanie Masson said that the event has begun planning during summer break, and had to be pushed back from its original date in September.
โIt was really exciting to see the big turnout that we had and we definitely werenโt expecting that,” Masson said. “Because it was an annual event, we kinda had an idea of how many people we were gonna have but that definitely blew our expectations, that’s for sure.”ย
