On Feb. 13, California Lutheran University announced in an email that tuition and fees will increase for the 2023-2024 academic year, with a new health and wellness fee being included. According to the email, the new fee adds $125 per semester to tuition costs and is said to go towards more access to health, wellness, and psychological services for students. Some funding will allow for additional hours for psychiatrist visits, a new 24-hour telehealth service that provides students with a mental health hotline, and increased staffing to expand intramural sports programming.  More information regarding undergraduate tuition for the 2023-2024 academic year can be found here.
